Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the payment process and sign-up procedures for online workshops and seminars provided by BluePoint Scholastic ("Company"). By making a payment and signing up for an online workshop or seminar via our webpage, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
(a) "Online Workshop or Seminar" refers to any online program offered by the Company through its website.
(b) "Website" refers to the Company's official website.
(c) "Customer" refers to any individual or entity paying and signing up for an online course through the Company's website.
(d) "Payment" refers to the amount paid by the Customer for accessing an online workshop or seminar.
2. Registration and Enrollment
(a) To enroll in an online workshop or seminar, the Customer must complete the registration process on the Company's website.
(b) The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
(c) The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel the enrollment of any Customer without providing a reason.
3. Payment
(a) The Customer agrees to pay the specified fee for the online workshop or seminar after booking the seat. An invoice sent from Finance BluePoint Scholastic with an online payment link to Stripe will be sent 1 to 2 days after the booking of the online workshop or seminar.
(b) Payment can be made using the available payment methods specified in paragraph 3(a) of these terms and conditions.
(c) All payments must be made in the currency specified on the Company's website.
(d) The Company reserves the right to change the fees for its online workshops and seminars at any time. However, the Customer will be charged the fee that was in effect at the time of enrollment.
(e) Payments made for online workshops and seminars are non-refundable if cancelation is done less than 24 hours before the commencement of the workshop or seminar.
4. Access and Use of Online Workshops and Seminars
(a) Upon successful payment, the Customer will be granted access to the online workshop or seminar for the duration specified on the Company's website.
(b) The Customer acknowledges that access to the online course is for personal, non-transferable use only.
(c) The Customer agrees not to share or distribute the course content, materials, or login credentials with any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
(d) The Company reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to the online workshop or seminar if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Customer has violated the terms of this Agreement or engaged in any unauthorized use of the course materials.
5. Intellectual Property
(a) The Company or its licensors own all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the online workshop or seminar and the Company's website.
(b) The Customer acknowledges that they are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the online course for personal educational purposes only.
(c) The Customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the online workshop or seminar content without the Company's prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
(a) The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided in the online workshops or seminars.
(b) The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the online courses or the use of the Company's website.
(c) The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the Customer's use of the online courses or violation of this Agreement.
7. Privacy Policy
The Company's privacy policy, as stated on its website, governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by the Customer during the registration and payment process.
8. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement and revoke the Customer's access to the online workshop or seminar if the Customer violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Arab Emirates (UAE).
By making a payment and signing up for an online workshop or seminar via our webpage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
